Jamón ibérico de Bellota bred in freedom

Product obtained from hind legs of Iberian pigs (50%) fed exclusively on acorns and pastures of pastures, subjected to salt action and subsequently to a drying-maturing process granting them special characteristics.

Ingredients: Iberian pork ham, salt and preservatives (E-250 and E-252).

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place. Store at room temperature for several hours before use. Consume preferably before 22 months from its elaboration.

Allergens: No allergens. Product suitable for consumption by all consumer groups.

Approximate curing time: between 36-48 months.
